Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion Review/Giveaway

This is the elbow I didn't use Skin MD on

I received a 4oz bottle of Skin MD Shielding Lotion in the mail to review and do a giveaway. I was a little bit in shock that this bottle was $18 dollars and was curious as to whether or not it would work on my skin. It says its for face, hands, and body- so this to me was a new concept. I like to use moisturizers but have different ones for my face than my body. In the winter I seem to really battle with dry skin and have eczema on my elbows, not to mention I work at a rehabilitation center which means I use hand sanitizer every time I see it! The first time I used Skin MD Shielding lotion I was surprised at how it made my hands feel- it was almost like a protective glove over my hands. Of course I did my research on what made this lotion so successful and According to Dr. Helton, shielding lotions help prevent damage to the skin by bonding with and protecting the skin. "They not only add moisture, but also help stop the loss of your natural moisture." I've used multiple kinds of skin care including Eucerin cream, hydrocortisone cream, along with others where they were all successful Skin MD was the first to work almost immediately after my first application. Now when it comes to my face I have a ritual I use where if I miss it I can immediately tell my face starts to feel quenched and can cause a break out. However, I did use Skin Md Shielding lotion on my face which didn't cause a breakout and didn't make my face feel quenched the next morning!
