Scandle Candle Review/Giveaway

"A candle never felt so good" that's Scandle's slogan, but what does that even mean? Scandle is a company that offers body message candles as well as bath salt and rocks. Since it's introduction in 2005, The Scandle Body Message Candle is "The First and only candle that is truely healthy for your skin & the environment."

When I was given the opportunity to do a review/giveaway featuring the Scandle candle. I had a lot of questions for example what makes this candle different than any other, and since I had never tried a body message candle I wondered if I was planning to burn off the first layer of my skin! So let me answer these questions for you~ Scandle differs from most candles in that it is not only made of soy wax. In fact it is much lighter and feels much more like body message oil the scandle candle helps to promote healthy and hydrated skin. Furthermore, it's fragrance is aromatherapy which helps set the mood for any massage or for just relaxation. The Scandle candle burns at only 2 degrees above body temperature so no it won't burn you in fact it's calming and the warmth is great for not only messages but for cuticle treatments, manicures/pedicures, or as an everyday moisturizer. It's hypoallergenic & FDA approved the scent does remain on your skin following a message, but with how marvelous it smells it actually improved how much I enjoyed the experience.

As you can see the Scandle Candle has an easy pour spout which helps when trying to apply the candle to the body. If you don't like the actual body message oil you can also use it as just an aromatherapy candle for the scent and ambience. I also received a sample of their Dead Sea Salt Soak & Scrub this scrub is fabulous the scent is amazing and is perfect for a foot scrub or a whole body scrub you can also combine them with the scandle candle body oil for an exfoliating scrub! My personal experience with both of these samples was amazing not only was the candle romantic, but it really was something that I had never tried. I loved the feel of the scrub, and what's better than getting a message from my honey?? Nothing! It smells so wonderful and while the scent lingers it is such a calm and relaxing smell. I look forward to burning the candle not only for a message, but after my surgery I can't wait to lay around and smell the unique scent.
