Update on Courtney

Hi. I'm Sarah from Luvn Life and a very good friend of Courtney's. She has asked me to give her wonderful followers an update her surgery. Yesterday Courtney had surgery to remove her left thyroid because of a lump she found that was indeed cancer. Once the doctor went in to remove it, they discovered that the right side was also cancerous and removed that side too. They also took a piece of her lymphoid to make sure the cancer has not invaded her there as well. The surgery was successful and Courtney is now recovering. She is in a lot of pain but is recovering well. She will be in the hospital until tomorrow and will then go home to finish her recovery.

Needless to say, she will not be as active as she was for the next week or two. Please be patient with her drawing winners and posting reviews. She needs every one's thoughts and prayers for a quick recovery.
